The waiting room/office was very neat and clean (not so in many auto services) and the office manager was very efficient and friendly. I made the appointment on their website and it was confirmed in a very short time. All the follow-up was helpful. The charge for the repair was very reasonable. I will definitely use this repair shop in the future.

I brought my car in for an A/C repair and an oil change. The service was too notch. They explained the estimated price ahead of time. They took photos of all the issues they found. The repair work the did was top notch as well. They were super nice and explained everything the whole way through the process. I have zero complaints.

This place is awesome! They told me their upfront diagnostic charge and how long that would take and got my car in right away. They were courteous, helpful and answered all my questions. The issue is resolved and they charged me a reasonable fee. Thanks Express Auto Repair.
