Christian Brothers Automotive Interquest

I had the best experience with christian brothers interquest! Eric was excellent at keeping me informed. Rich, the mechanic, was diligent in ensuring my car was reliably fixed. And they did everything to keep the costs down. I couldn't have asked for more competent and compassionate service!!!!! Thank you guys. You've got my business for sure and I encourage others to give them a try. You'll be impressed!!!

Very fair price, great customer service and work was done when they said it would be. Good communication also. I think we have found a new shop for our vehicles and so clase to home!

I wanted to thank Christian Brothers Automotive for the nice kind and caring service they provided me during my visit with them upon arrival to Colorado Springs. I have an infinity Q-60 that I just drove across country 23.5 hours and needed an oil change immediately. They set me up an appointment at the earliest time they could the next day and provided me with a courtesy diagnostic review to ensure all fluids were topped off as well other areas of concern that may need to be addressed in the near future. I was very pleased with the diagnosis provided and plan to return to them to get those items addressed as recommended. The staff was very polite and made me feel comfortable and at ease wit…

I couldnt imagine a worse experience. I had my truck worked on at this location. They were very nice and accommodating at first and their new guy collin seem upstanding enough. That was until the work started having issues. Brought it back. Initially i got the truck back sounded good and then i noticed issues. 178$ tire alignment and the tire pressure was off by about 10-15 psi front right. That where the drift was happening. Serious wear on my left front tire. If they dont check the tire pressure on an alignment after doing a bunch of suspension work. Well needless to say among many problems and violating consumer laws. Not providing any requests and intimidation to get me off the property…

Thanks for getting me back on the road! Just an oil change and tire rotation. The waiting room is super cute. There's a serving of chocolate on the counter in front of each chair. Coffee is available and very tidy and smells good. They said an hour, but didn't feel like it. I was able to charge my computer as there were electrical outlets and phone charging available.
