Honest Accurate Auto Service - West

8-1-25 Visiting from Arkansas. Needed work done on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Work completed in a timely manner. Price was reasonable. Was very satisfied with the service and the repairs. Would definitely return if needed.

Easy scheduling online. Fast drop-off and great communication throughout the service. I knew exactly what to expect and their estimate was exactly what I paid. My Jeep is driving like a dream now. On top of that, they gave me a little gift bag at checkout (which made my day), lubed my squeaky doors and vacuumed my mats. I will be coming back for all my car service needs and recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Honest Accurate blew my mind with the service from beginning to end. Starting with Sean who it's obvious about loving what he does, Eric is an amazing technician that took care of my civic's weird noise and shaking at 55 mph. Lark who took me home and we had a great conversation, and lastly Jesse. Jesse tho he is the owner, he is actively at the shop getting his hands dirty to get things done. On top of all this I got some cool swag and sweets?!?! Yeah, I'm not going anywhere else.

I was referred to Honest Accurate Auto Service - West by a young man from O'Reilly's. He said their bedside manner is not great, but they are honest and will tell you like it is. I called and talked with Krystal to set my appointment, and she was very knowledgeable and very nice. I dropped my truck off after hours and left the keys and my notes in the overnight drop box. I received a text with updates, an estimate, and the work was completed in 2 days. When I picked up my truck the man that checked me out was not that friendly but, I think that's just his personality. I'm happy with the work and will consider them again in the future.

Extremely responsive and educational on helping me understand the work that needed to be done on my car. The shuttle service made this experience so easy! Premium experience at a competitive price
