Quality Tech Automotive

Tom and Michelle have been such a God-send. Before my Jeep died they did everything they could to keep the old thing running while keeping in mind that my own budget was small. And when my jeep finally kicked it, they didn't even charge me for the assessment to say the motor was dead. Since then I have been taking any car I am test driving to them and Tom not only checks everything himself, but then shows me exactly what he sees and what is concerning. They are transparent, trustworthy people who treat their customers with respect and always act in good faith.

I've bounced around mechanics in Colorado Springs, and this is by far the best. They took care of me after a chain maintenance place nearby spilled oil on my engine, and when trying to figure out if a battery needed a warranty replacement. They've also done a tune-up and fixed air conditioning in one of my vehicles. Tom explains everything clearly and makes it a point not to force anything on you. These are the kind of people you want to be working on your vehicle!

I was able to call friends and family for second opinions and go with what I thought was best in the moment. I ended up coming back for the rest of the repairs because they offered the best prices by far in all of Colorado Springs. Tom also showed me all of the old parts that he replaced on my car, explained what each part does and how it broke, and what the new parts cost him to obta…

Tom and Michelle are great!! I am always skeptical about going to any mechanic shop. As for my experience with this shop over the last two years, I am very impressed with the honesty, transparency and dedication that Tom and Michelle has to run their shop professionally and ethically with the well being of their customers coming first before thinking about profits. Compared to other shops, I have never been quoted for work that is not necessary at Quality Tech, prices have always been fair and honest, transparency with this shop has always been precise and transparent. I recommend this shop to anyone that wants a high quality, fair and transparent shop that will put customer needs first. I …
